BSP Burbank Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2024 by a team that had spent years watching homeowners in Burbank and the surrounding San Fernando Valley struggle to find a sunroom contractor they could actually trust. Too many projects were quoted low, run long, and finished with permit problems that showed up years later at the worst possible time - during a home sale.
Burbank is a city we know well. Most of the homes here were built between the 1940s and 1960s, and they come with their own set of challenges - older electrical panels, original stucco that needs careful handling, and lots that require creative design to make the most of the available space.
